FBI Collusion in Stolen Election Revealed

Connecting the dots.

It has now been established that the Department of Justice and FBI – two agencies that were previously regarded as prized jewels in our nation’s crown – interfered in the 2020 presidential election in a way that likely threw the election to Joe Biden. They were aided by a cabal of former high government officials. What they did is far worse than any claimed election interference by the Russians. In effect, they successfully rigged the election in Biden’s favor.

This article will first describe the context and then the latest developments that show that DOJ and the FBI were key players in the steal.  A follow-up article will discuss the difficulties in bringing and proving the case for a stolen election but will suggest a starting point for a remedy.

THE SECRET CABAL AND ITS NEW WAY OF WAGING ELECTION WARFARE

Joe Biden won the 2020 election with a supposed 81 million votes while campaigning from his basement. How did he do it? Among other things, there was a “conspiracy” by a “well-funded cabal of powerful people,” who were engaged in an “extraordinary shadow effort” to defeat Trump and ensure Biden’s election.

Lest the reader think I exaggerate, those characterizations are from a February 2021 article in Time magazine that bragged about the effort and sought to portray it as a victory for the forces of democracy, motherhood and apple pie. The “cabal” that Time described was part of the axis of Biden supporters that included unscrupulous government employees from key agencies, including the FBI, DOJ, and the CIA, plus technolords in Silicon Valley, and their support troops in the media.

One key part of the “cabal’s” effort according to Time was a “nameless, secret project ... that tracked disinformation online and tried to figure out how to combat it.” Time did not attempt to define “disinformation,” but as we now know, it included anything that the Democrats and their allies wanted to squelch, either because they disagreed with it or because it was potentially harmful to Biden’s candidacy. Time, of course, attempted to portray the conspirators’ secret actions as a good thing: “They were not rigging the election; they were fortifying it.”

THE SUPPRESSION OF THE STORY OF HUNTER BIDEN’S LAPTOP

Consistent with Time’s portrayal of the conspiracy, we also now know that part of the Biden Axis’ disinformation war was to bury the true story of Hunter’s laptop. By now the story of the laptop is well known. In brief, sometime in April 2019, Hunter left it at a Delaware computer repair store and never returned to pick it up. The store owner, John Paul Mac Isaac, eventually turned it over to the FBI when he was unable to contact Hunter. When Mac Isaac became concerned about the lack of any action and about the contents of the computer, he notified the government. In December 2019, in response to an FBI subpoena, Mac Isaac delivered it to the government. He also made a copy of the hard drive and gave it to Rudy Giuliani’s attorney. Giuliani later gave a copy to the New York Post.

As also is well known, the laptop was a potential disaster for the Biden election campaign for many reasons. These included not just the illegal, disgusting, and degenerative conduct by Hunter, but the emails and other documents detailing many of the business dealings by the Biden family including the Big Guy. At a minimum, these and other family emails would reflect poorly on the Bidens unless they could be suppressed. At worst, they were evidence of criminal activity by the Biden family. If the emails were genuine, they showed at the very least, that Joe Biden had been lying about his non-involvement in his son’s business and, at worst, that he personally was involved in criminal activity. If the laptop’s contents became public, the Biden Axis would have to find some way to deny that it was genuine or otherwise distance both Joe and Hunter from it, to “fortify the election” in Time’s words.

The New York Post broke the story in an exclusive article just three weeks before the 2020 election. Immediately, the members of the Biden Axis rallied to censor the Post’s article and prevent voters from being able to read it. For example, the purported fact-checkers in Poynter attempted to create great skepticism about the Post’s reporting, arguing that one good indicator of whether the reporting was accurate was that other platforms had censored it. They said, “Facebook limited the article’s reach because of the suspected possibility of false information in the story” and that “Twitter blocked users from tweeting and messaging the link to the story (and then later reversed the decision).

So, censoring, which normally is condemned by the press, became a good thing – it was part of the fact checking process. Thanks to Time’s 2021 reporting and the release of the Twitter files by Elon Musk, we now know that these suppression efforts by Facebook and Twitter were part of the “cabal’s” strategy to combat alleged “disinformation.”

DISINFORMATION ABOUT DISINFORMATION

The coordinated suppression strategy also was marked by widespread “reporting” that Hunter’s laptop had not been authenticated, that maybe its contents were not real, that it wasn’t even Hunter’s laptop, and even that the unfortunate Hunter had been hacked by the Russians so that its incriminating contents surely were Russian disinformation. Agents of the US government promoted this lie.

Perhaps the most famous – and despicable – example of the “Russian disinformation” meme was the “Public Statement of the Hunter Biden Emails” that was prepared and circulated by now-Secretary of State Anthony Blinken and former Acting CIA Director, Mike Morell. They persuaded fifty-one former intelligence officials, including former DNI Jim Clapper, five CIA directors or acting directors, John Brennan, Leon Panetta, Gen. Michael Hayden, John McLaughlin and Michael Morell, and dozens of other former intelligence officers to sign it. They claimed that “the arrival on the US political scene of emails purportedly belonging to Vice President Biden’s son Hunter . . . has all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation. . . . For the Russians at this point, with Trump down in the polls, there is incentive for Moscow to pull out the stops to do anything possible to help Trump win and/or to weaken Biden should he win. A ‘laptop op’ fits the bill, as the publication of the emails are clearly designed to discredit Biden.”

THE FBI’S ROLE IN THE SCHEME

The Gang of 51 even wrote of the FBI’s involvement in the scheme:

“In addition, media reports say that the FBI has now opened an investigation into Russian involvement in this case. According to USA Today, ‘… federal authorities are investigating whether the material supplied to the New York Post by Rudy Giuliani…is part of a smoke bomb of disinformation pushed by Russia.’”

The efficacy of the cabal’s secret strategy can be judged by their success – the truth about the election-tampering via the suppression of the Hunter laptop story did not come out until after his father was safely ensconced in the White House. Until then the voters were flooded with stories claiming to “debunk” the Post’s reporting and touting the “Russian disinformation” lies pushed by the Biden Axis.

And, as of this writing, the Gang of 51 continue to live their lives unscathed, their security clearances intact, while Rudy Guliani has been ruined and Hunter and his lawyers are attempting to ruin Mr. Mac Issac.

Given what we now know about what the FBI knew and when it knew it, the Gang of 51’s letter and the role played by DOJ and the FBI are even more scurrilous than we have previously known. A recent government filing sheds new light on how the FBI assisted the “cabal” to sway the election to Biden.   

NEW EVIDENCE OF THE FBI’S OVERT ACTS IN SUPPORT OF THE CONSPIRACY – NEW YORK POST WRITER CONNECTS THE DOTS 

The FBI had Hunter’s laptop in December 2019, almost a year before the election. We now know that by the time the Post broke the story, the FBI had authenticated the laptop and its data. This shows that the propaganda that it was Russian disinformation and that the emails were not authentic, was itself disinformation.

We know this because more than a year before the election, in response to a subpoena for Hunter’s iCloud account seeking information about Hunter’s tax violations, Apple produced a back-up of the data from the laptop that had been saved on Hunter’s iCloud account. The government now admits that when the FBI looked at the data on Hunter’s laptop that they now had, and when they then compared it with the data that they already had that Apple had identified as the iCloud back-up to the laptop, they matched.  

Posting on X, New York Post reporter Miranda Devine connected the dots from a recent court filing by the government. She said:

“!! In a new court filing today, the DOJ confirms Hunter Biden’s laptop is real, that he left it at a computer store, and that the contents matched what they obtained from a search warrant of his iCloud. Don’t hold your breath for a retraction from Joe Biden (“It’s a Russian plant”), the #Dirty51 or myriad dishonest media operatives. They blamed Russia when the Bidens knew it was Hunter - and so did the FBI. Hunter also blamed Russia when he was caught using adultery site Ashley Madison.”

CONNECTING MORE DOTS

The other dots incriminating the FBI were referenced in a USA Today article and the Gang of 51’s election eve statement, in which those worthies said that the FBI had opened an investigation into Russia’s supposed involvement in the laptop matter.

USA Today performed for the Cabal on October 17, 2020. On that day, just three days after the Post’s story broke, it published an undisguised whitewash of Joe and Hunter Biden, and a hit piece on Trump, Guiliani, and Mac Isaac. Among other things, it promoted the notion that the documents were not Hunter’s, saying, “The story provided no evidence that such a meeting [between Joe Biden and a representative of Burisma] ever occurred and has come under fire for its reliance on questionable sources and documents whose authenticity was not verified.” It fortified that conclusion by quoting another member of the Biden Axis, Michael Carpenter, a former deputy assistant secretary of defense and the head of the Penn Biden Center, who said, "This is a Russian disinformation operation . . . I’m very comfortable saying that.” Readers may recall that the Penn Biden Center is where some of the classified documents that Joe Biden spirited away from the White House mysteriously appeared.

USA Today also said, “A tabloid got a trove of data on Hunter Biden from Rudy Giuliani. Now, the FBI is probing a possible disinformation campaign.” As noted above, the Gang of 51 referenced this reporting about an FBI investigation, to add credibility to their “Russian disinformation” ploy.

And when we connect all these dots, what do we see? A picture of a scheme in which the FBI cooperated in election rigging and interference. Here are the dots, summarized:

• September 2019 – The FBI receives a copy of Huner’s hard drive that was backed up to the Amazon iCloud.

• December 2019 – The FBI obtains Hunter’s physical laptop so that it can compare its hard drive with the iCloud copy.  

• October 14, 2020 – New York Post breaks the Hunter Laptop story.

• October 17, 2020 – USA Today reports that the FBI has launched an investigation into whether the documents on the laptop were genuine or part of a Russian disinformation campaign.

• October 22, 2020 – Biden and Trump have their final presidential debate. Biden dismisses the laptop story as another “Russia, Russia, Russia hoax” and invokes as “proof” the Gang of 51. Said he, “Fifty former national intelligence professionals said this: what he’s accusing me of is a Russian plot.”

• November 2, 2020 — The Gang of 51 pushes the Russia, Russia, Russia hoax. They attempt to validate their argument by noting that the FBI is investigating, so it shares their concerns.

• Throughout the period from October 2020, until election day – The Biden Axis points to the supposed lack of authentication of the documents on the hard drive to falsely claim that the laptop is part of Russian disinformation campaign.

• January 20, 2021 – Biden sworn in as President.

• January 2024 – The government admits that the documents on the laptop were authentic because they match the iCloud back-up of Hunter’s computer.

• October 2020 – January 2024 – The FBI had both the laptop and the iCloud backup, which authenticated it and its contents. This connection shows that during the entire time, the FBI knew the truth but was silent when the election was being manipulated with falsehoods. It even participated in the steal by conducting and leaking what to all appearances was a sham investigation to portray the laptop story as Russian disinformation when it knew it was not. But the alleged investigation gave credence to the cabal’s stories.

Thus, with a boost from the FBI, social media censored the laptop story before the 2020 election while the Biden Axis falsely denied the authenticity of the laptop and its contents. The FBI's information operation against the American people not only censored news to the American people, but at least tampered with and likely changed the results of an American election. After the election, polls showed that if the facts about Hunter’s laptop had been fully disclosed, the outcome of the election likely would have been different.

The facts surrounding these and other abuses show that the 2020 election was stolen. Albeit it was stolen by different tactics than those used in prior election battles but stolen no less. Nevertheless, the supposedly independent but remarkably uncurious media still refuses to admit that the election was stolen, even if by non-traditional means.

SO, WHAT TO DO?

The American public has been exposed to so many lies, abuses, and destructive policies by this Administration that have effectively gone unchallenged, or at least without a decisive response, that they understandably say, “Well, what can be done? Everyone complains but no one does anything about it.”

There is a lot – a lot – of truth in those complaints. But one of the problems facing the GOP and any Biden opponent is that our Constitutional system is not structured in a way to permit a meaningful challenge to a carefully rigged election stolen by complex and sophisticated means. That is because of the timetable built into the Constitution by the Twentieth Amendment.
