I feel duty bound to let everyone know that in the next few months I will only be able to post articles much less frequently, due to some health issues that are monopolizing my time and energy. Some of you probably have noticed a drop-off in recent weeks of my published articles. Some readers are aware of a reference that I made to my personal health situation in a Christmas Eve post in which I discussed three men whose courage was inspiring. A recent test disclosed that my cancers have now metastasized to Stage IV cancers in my chest, a lung, abdominal region, and likely other areas. As a result of this fairly rapid spread there are things to which I must dedicate time so that all my affairs and other priorities are all in order. Although I see and hear things almost every day that I am tempted to write about, these other must-do priorities and numerous medical appointments must trump my desire to write more on this Substack.
But, as Tex Ritter sang in the title song of my favorite movie, “Do not forsake me . . . .” So . . . please don’t unsubscribe yet because of this set-back. When I am able, I hope to keep writing on matters that I believe are important to our beloved country.

FWIW, a Danish friend of mine recovered from stage IV cancer by treating it as having been caused by parasites. Use the search string "cancer caused by parasites Makis" if you want to explore that method of treatment.
