UPDATE BY AUTHOR. This morning Instapundit linked to an article in The Washington Free Beacon that shows that the story about the lawsuit I mention in this article, in which Biden claims to written a winning brief that won the case in an unfair result. As it turns out, that story also was a total fabrication. To be a successful liar, one must have an excellent memory. Biden's is clearly failing, the more he slips into his dementia. He is so used to lying and getting away with it that he is offended when caught in his habit.

What can one say? Biden is a pathological liar.

I kind of wondered about that. (Not the mixup between Trump and Biden because I’ve just now read it and the correction was already made.)

What did it mean when he said, “So why do I have 2017 here?” Did he have notes in front of him to remind him of things and he STILL couldn’t get it right?
